RETURN POLICY

We hope you enjoy shopping and love your order at SHELLVIO!! If for any reason you're not satisfied or doesnt fit with your purchase, Good news! You can return and we accept returns for store credit only.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

*Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, in new and unused condition with all original labels/tags attached.

*All items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags, including any SHELLVIO hangtags, attached.

* Items must be without any markings, damage, make-up, smells, pet hair, perfumes, deodorant and/or washing powder.

*If the returned item/s do not match the above conditions the order will be returned back to the sender. 

Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. SHELLVIO reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.

*If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping as part of your return.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are final sales and cannot be returned for a Store Credit. 

Any Final Sale items which are returned to us will be returned to sender.

RETURE POLICY

*It is highly recommended that you place tracking on your return package in case it gets lost amidst its travels back to us.

We aim to process returns within 7 business days of receiving them in our warehouse, but high volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays. We apologise for any inconvenience. 

EXCHANGES

Regrettably, we do not offer exchanges at this time, as we cannot reserve stock. Once you receive your store credit, you can use to purchase a different size, colour or different item of your choosing.

Store Credit

Once we receive your return, your SHELLVIO account will be issued with store credit. An account will be created for you if you previously checked out as a guest. You can view your total store credit balance at any time by logging into your SHELLVIO account.

Your SHELLVIO store credit can only be used at shellvio.com Unfortunately it cannot be transferred to cash, another person or another account.

Faults

All items shipped from Shellvio are carefully checked for any faults before dispatch. We are sorry to hear that! 

If you receive broken, damaged or wrong item. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival.  No claims can be made after 48 hours. 

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please provide a photo of a faulty item claim and your order number to our Costumers Service.

By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.


*Orders are processed and packed within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm – Sunday will be dis patched the next business day.

Shipping status

When the payment for your order with SHELLVIO has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mailbox.

You will also receive an email with tracking details once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse. It may sometimes take up to 48 hours for tracking information to be available. If you still can’t find the confirmation or shipping email, it’s possible that you have entered an incorrect email address.

You can contact us with your Order Number to check the status of your order or for any other shipping queries.

Order tracking

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, an email will be sent to the email address entered when the order was placed. This email will provide the tracking number so you can track the progress of your order.

SHELLVIO is not responsible for lost or stolen package that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items.

International customs fee

All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee.

We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase.

SHELLVIO is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. We do not offer refunds for these costs.

If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.

delivery time

Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. SHELLVIO is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. SHELLVIO can never guarantee a delivery date.

If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a calling card will be left in your letter box detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.

SHELLVIO is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part.
