Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, our warehouse team will have already started processing it! So we would be unable to make any changes.

Orders are processed and packed within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Yes! You will get the confirmation email after you have place your oder, another when your order is dispatched. 

Yes, once your oder ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to tack your package. Please allow 24 hours for your tacking number to properly update.

Returns & Refunds

Our store policy is that we offer store credit for regular returns. We can only provide refunds in the case of a manufacturing faults.

Regrettably, we do not offer exchanges at this time, as we cannot reserve stock. Once you receive your store credit, you can use to purchase a different size, colour or different item of your choosing.

While we try our best to represent all colours and details of garments, we unfortunately cannot account for differences in brightness and resolution on different computers.
